How do we deal with the 20 lots and what is currently in the covenants regarding their responsibility to pay - especially with the future sale of the TCC? Will Café Hope need reference? Do we include any possible leases such as the Café Hope? The current covenant is basically unenforceable at this point and this needs to be addressed.
Also the references in the covenants to approval by the TCC for anything referenced by the independent attorneys needs to be addressed and eliminated.
Do we leave the opportunity for the neighborhood to leave the TEIA?
