Section IV Vehicles
I think we should allow commercial vehicles bearing advertisement to be stored on residential property; not on the street. We already have several neighbors with commercial vehicles. I think we should limits the size of the vehicles to exclude 18wheelers and buses.

Section II - I think we should include "approval by the Architectural Committee". Section III - Substitute "servants quarters" with apartment or?? Include "approval by Architectural Committee" and leave everything else as is. If we use apartment, are we opening up rental of the apartment to non-family members or specify apartment for family members and caretakers of the family (nannies & nurses)? Substitute servant's quarter with nothing. Once you start down this road it is open big time. Best you can do is to have architectural committee deny any living quarters above a garage. |
