The objective was to bring joy and excitement to the children of the employees of this hotel and deliver school supplies for the school period.
Every year the HR department of each Grupo Presidente hotel has called on its collaborators to participate in the delivery of school supplies , an activity that is carried out in support of family expenses.
A different delivery of supplies
This 2019, the school supply packages reached the hands of 247 children, children of employees of the Hotel Presidente Intercontinental in Mexico City, which belongs to Grupo Presidente. In total, around 852 packages of school supplies were delivered, counting all the hotels belonging to this group.
The children, in addition to receiving their backpack with school supplies, spent a fun afternoon accompanied by their parents, since the Human Resources department of said hotel was in charge of creating a circus show for all the families present.
In the middle of a circus atmosphere, the collaborators did small acrobatics with a comical touch, just as if it were a real circus, to which were added sweets and other surprises.
A very responsible circus
The delivery of school supply packages has been carried out for more than seven years. The initiative includes all the group's hotels and corporate collaborators with the support of Fundación Gigante, the philanthropic arm of Grupo Gigante.

The Grupo Presidente school supply packages were delivered in a backpack; among the items it was possible to find a geometry game, notebooks, pencils, pens, wood colors, erasers and pencil sharpener.
